BioI'm on LJ now due to combined coercion from sources like Omnipaul, Renee, Lauren (sp?), and a few lovely ladies. As a new cult member, I can't promise much yet other than updates as necessary.
The short version of my existence:
Born in upstate NY (approx. 3 hours from the evil city) in 1979. Bounced around the country growing up. Finished high school in Buffalo, NY, in 1997. Started at Tech in fall 1997. Took and transferred a few classes from UNM. Hung out with misfits like Omni, Kelly, G, and many others. Started gaming. Finally graduated with a BS in chemistry, history minor in 2003. Worked at LANL for a year blowing things up. Started grad school in RI then got a better offer back here (to blow stuff up). Returned to Tech this Feb. Giant sucking sound audible during transit back to NM. Will be here for at least 2 more years to reach PhD in materials.
